Clean room, safe environment, with excellent amenities like a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool which made our family stay enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay here, exceeding my expectations from my previous visit to guadalajara. The location is superb, right in a luxury area filled with shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the breakfast selection was good, featuring a wide variety of dishes.

air conditioning was ineffective at times.

Our family stay was enjoyable overall. We appreciated the clean and safe environment, along with the variety of dining options nearby. The concierge made our daughter's birthday special with a lovely surprise, which was a thoughtful touch. However, we felt a bit overlooked when it came to our room view and cleanliness of our room.

High-end family stay worth it

The hotel is in a prime location, very safe and with tons of cool restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly, felt like they were really there for us. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and luxurious!

It wasn’t inexpensive but definitely acceptable for what we got.

The location of Hyatt Regency in Guadalajara is fantastic. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel gym? Incredible. I've never seen such a well-equipped facility in a hotel. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety, but the young staff could use better training. I felt forgotten after the first cup of coffee was poured. My room was spacious with a nice decor. It did lack some minor conveniences like effective air conditioning at times. I was a bit disappointed when it took too long for my luggage to be retrieved. With just a little more attention to service, this could be an outstanding stay.

The decor was simply stunning, blending modern elegance with warmth. The spacious lobby and common areas were easily accessible, allowing for fantastic movement around the hotel. I felt right at home, even with my mobility needs.

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

The King Room was super spacious and modern. The bathroom was really nice. Fresh air was an easy win with the opening windows. I also loved the decor. it felt warm and inviting. Only downside? The air conditioning wasn't always effective, which was a bit annoying.

stayed in a King Room for 5 nights. the decor was modern and warm, really nice! room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, and private bathroom with free toiletries. the fitness center and indoor pool were fantastic too. breakfast was top-notch with a huge selection of food. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and a big mall.

Elevator key reader malfunctioning!!! Room service menu via barcode scan is a baffling choice!!! Including basic amenities like washcloths and robes would enhance the experience!!!

Amazing stay with luxurious vibes

Just spent 3 nights here, and wow! The suites are super spacious and modern. The gym’s got tons of machines, and the heated pool was just right for relaxing. Plus, there's a cozy lounge on the 2nd floor with great food and drinks included! One thing though, the elevator waits could be a bit long sometimes.
